INGREDIENTS
4 kohlrabi, peeled and julienned
2 cups carrots, julienned
4 green onions (bulb & top), thinly sliced
1 cup cilantro, rough chopped
½ cup basil, rough chopped
½ cup mint, rough chopped
¾ cup rice wine vinegar
2 limes, juiced + zest of 1 lime
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
½ teaspoon chili flakes
½ cup avocado oil
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon kosher salt

DIRECTIONS
- Combine kohlrabi, carrots, green onions, and herbs in a large salad bowl.

In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice, lime zest, rice wine vinegar, garlic, chili flakes,
avocado oil, honey, fish sauce, and kosher salt. -
Pour vinaigrette on top of the salad and mix together with tongs. Let the salad sit for at least
10 minutes before serving.
