This cheddar and dill bread is a perfect side to that warm bowl of soup or stew. Easy and quick to make and is also perfect for a snack or a sandwich.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Dill Weed
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 12 oz Can of Beer
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease loaf pan with pan spray
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except the beer and butter
- Add beer slowly and stir until incorporated
- Transfer mixture to loaf pan. Brush the top with melted butter
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- Turn out onto a cooling rack
